At Emerald Waters Wreath Decor, we offer a variety of wreaths including seasonal, floral, and custom designs to suit any home decor style.

Unlike other selling platforms, we don't have the fees to add on to our products,  therefore savings is passed on to our customers!

2. PICK N PAY:

Call me to make arrangements to physically see wreaths, then pay.

The cost of shipping is determined on the size and weight of product.

Let me reassure you, I pass my discounted shipping rate to my customers.

We do not offer returns or refunds, however if there is an issue with your wreath please contact me in the first 3 days after receipt. 

TIPS TO KEEP YOUR WREATH LOOKING FRESH

( you will be provided a printout of these tips)

1. Indoor Display: If you’re using the wreath indoors, keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources, as they can cause the foliage and decorations to fade or become brittle.

2. Outdoor Display: If you’re placing the wreath outdoors, choose a sheltered spot that is protected from extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, strong winds, and direct sunlight. (NOTE): reds will fade over time. Keep your wreath out of direct sunlight to help red colors from fading. Tip: If they do fade, you can purchase a small acrylic paint bottle at Walmart/Michaels in Tomato Red color, a ½ wide cheap brush to brush over the part that has faded. Detailed instructions will be included with your purchase.

3.  Avoid Moisture: While occasional misting can refresh some wreaths, most wreaths don’t fare well with excessive moisture. If the wreath gets wet due to rain or other reasons, make sure to let it air dry completely before bringing it back indoors or storing it.

4. Regular Cleaning: Dust and debris can accumulate on the wreath over time. Gently dust the wreath with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on a cool setting to blow away any particles.

5. Storage: When not in use, store the wreath in a cool, dry place. To preserve it shape, you can hang it on a sturdy hanger or store it in a wreath storage container, or use the box it was shipped in.

Hey friends, let’s talk about shipping … 📦✨

I get a LOT of questions about why shipping can be so expensive, so I thought I’d break it down.

🚚🚚💨Depending on the size of the wreath the cost to ship can run from $15 to $35 or more. I use UPS ground as much as possible.  It's the best rate,  and UPS gives me special rate.  I pass on these lower rates to my customers. 

 
When you purchase something handmade, you’re not only paying for the materials and the time that went into lovingly creating it — you’re also covering the cost to safely get that one-of-a-kind piece from my work table to your home. ❤️ These aren’t flat-packed, mass-produced items, so shipping is always an added cost on top of the artistry.

And let’s be honest… we live in a world of Amazon Prime “free” shipping where we all forget how much it actually costs to ship a box 📦💸. Some designs are enormous, full of detail and dimension, and that means the boxes to ship them are big too. 💕🎀🌸 So while it’s never the fun part, shipping is just part of bringing these beauties to life and sending them safely to their new homes. 🫶
